Doulat Bibi Ali Yar is a seasoned Project Manager with master’s degree from Duke University and a solid foundation from the American University of Afghanistan. Doulat blends academic excellence with real-world proficiency and as a Fulbright Scholar, Doulat brings a wealth of knowledge in project management and policy development to her mission. Doulat embarked on her journey to Canada amidst the tumult of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges of starting afresh in a new country during such trying times, she saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Recognizing the pressing need to bolster the Canadian health sector, especially in safeguarding the well-being of older adults, Doulat Bibi made a bold decision to channel her expertise towards supporting healthcare initiatives.
